Functional Experience

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Adwords / SEO Marketing sales and service marketing
  2. Marketing and sales management techniques, terminology used and best practices within the franchise services market
  3. Experience preparing and managing the budget for their assigned areas of responsibility; monitoring expenditures in support of programs and other identified cost effective approaches
  4. Establishing systems and schedules to communicate the progress of work or projects with all appropriate parties. Meeting with others to review status of projects and maintaining appropriate records of meetings and discussions
  5. Exercising excellent judgment in making sound, well informed, fact-based decisions
    1. Excellent working knowledge of online marketing industry
  6. Proven  analytical skills including the ability to do market research and analysis, and detailed competitor and pricing analyses
  7. Past experience in programming languages, Linux, Apache webserver and opensource web development frameworks not obligatory, but advantage

Qualifications - Educational & Skills

  1. Degree level with a marketing focus, which should have been augmented by relevant experience, additional learning and training
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills with an ability to facilitate dialog and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
    1. Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills to create shared visions and accomplish team goals
  3. Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate a product vision
  4. Very strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  5. Project management skills and proficiency managing a multitude of tasks
  6. High of level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office, PHP, Linux and Advantage

The Role:

 

50% of your role of which will developing the SEO Strategy, and 50% of your role will be SEO Implementation.

You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be developing and communicating a clear business proposition for SEO and translating this into workable solutions for clients.

You will project manage the delivery of their SEO campaigns, and update clients on all industry and client account developments.

You will have a solid understanding of PPC and how it can be used strategically with SEO to optimise the clients search strategy.

Your Profile:

You will be a highly proficient in Adwords and SEO marketing with a proven track record of SEO implementation in a direct to client environment ideally.

You will have SEO skills, from link baiting through to on and off page optimisation, key word reporting, campaign analysis, recommendations, and be able to use HTML, CSS and analytics packages.

Your organisational and project management skills need to be very strong for this role, as must your communication skills. You will be assertive and comfortable liaising with clients at a senior level to deliver SEO strategy and present results.

As an Adwords Specialist your role will include key phrase user demand analysis and benchmarking, content strategy development, link building strategy development (including blogging, online PR, articles) and social media strategy development.

You will be responsible for the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) work and the Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. Experience using both Google Analytics and Adwords is a must in order to create successful online marketing promotions. You will have the ability to drive the Website traffic for the business and clients and be able to manipulate the data using CSS and HTML.

You will be an excellent communicator as you will be working within a team and developing long term client relationships.

Main Responsibilities

Implementation,  keyword list generation, analysis, optimization, invoice validation of Search Engine PPC Campaigns.

Knowledge of Google quality score and process associated with search engine optimization and organic positioning.

The post requires an analytical and methodical personality, with great attention to detail; keyword list generation will be a constant on the department's tasks.

Implement existing online marketing strategy for increasing repeat users and converting traffic

• Research and use all the latest search engine rules and trends.
• Monitor and analyze performance reports
• Maintain knowledge and expertise in search engine methodologies for Google, Yahoo, MSN etc
• Be able to create and maintain visual marketing initiatives such as blogs, forums etc.
• Use of website development techniques and SEO Tools
• Knowledge and understanding of search engine spider behaviour, including familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, java or similar programming to understand how it impacts the way spiders see a page.
• Management of PPC and SEO Activities
• Thorough understanding of online marketing (CPM, CPC, CPA)
